Below is a typical work instruction, not part of the ISO process, that I
created to solve a specific need. In this case, the file was on a network
that had a limition, where the fully qualified name of the file [meaning
the name included the names of all the containing folders] could be
no longer than 128 characters, including spaces. If longer only an
administrator level account would be able to access the file. This
instruction helped Quality Assurance in particular determine when a
new Directory was needed farther back in their file system.
